The problem is that when you delete certain mods, there is still some memory taken up by parts of the mod that remain behind since they are in use by your saved game data (sorry, I'm not overly familiar with how these things work but that's how I understand it). EDIT: Now up to MB free, still can't download the MB Cross Cybernetics mod.
